1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using BattleCore laser tag systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. Permitted Uses

BattleCore laser tag systems may be purchased and used for:

• Personal Use: Including but not limited to gaming with friends and family, use in homes, parks, and other locations subject to local laws and regulations.
• Professional Use: Including but not limited to laser tag arena businesses, outdoor activity businesses, team-building activities, corporate events, and other commercial applications.

All uses must comply with applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.

3. Prohibited Uses

BattleCore laser tag systems may not be:

• Purchased for resale without prior written authorization from Irrelon Software Limited.
• Rebranded, remarked, or sold under any name other than BattleCore without a valid licensing agreement with Irrelon Software Limited.
• Modified or altered in any way that misrepresents the origin or manufacturer of the product.
• Reverse engineered, decompiled, or disassembled for the purpose of creating competing products without proper licensing.

4. Licensing Opportunities

Entities interested in:

• Reselling BattleCore products
• Rebranding BattleCore technology
• Licensing BattleCore technology for integration into other products
• Other commercial licensing arrangements

5. Intellectual Property

All BattleCore products, including hardware designs, software, firmware, BattleScript programming language, documentation, and branding materials are the intellectual property of Irrelon Software Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Warranty and Liability

BattleCore products are provided with a limited warranty as detailed in the product documentation. Irrelon Software Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use BattleCore products.

Users are responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate use of BattleCore systems and compliance with all applicable safety regulations and local laws.

7. Founder Reservations (Pre-Launch)

A “Founder Reservation” is an optional $1 payment that reserves your right to purchase a BattleCore system at the advertised Founder discount when our crowdfunding campaign launches. The following terms apply:

• What it grants: the right to buy at the advertised Founder discount at launch. You choose your specific system or bundle at that time; the reservation is not tied to a particular product.
• Fully refundable: your $1 can be refunded in full at any time, using the link in your reservation confirmation email, with no obligation to purchase.
• Credited to your order: if you go on to purchase at launch, your $1 is reflected in the Founder price you pay, so reserving never leaves you out of pocket. In that case it reaches you as a lower price rather than as a separate automatic refund.
• How you redeem it: at launch we email reservation holders a private link to the Founder offer, identified by the reservation code in your confirmation email. The offer is redeemed on the crowdfunding platform hosting the campaign, not on this website.
• Pre-order intent, not a guarantee: a reservation expresses interest and does not guarantee product availability, delivery, or timelines. The crowdfunding campaign may be changed, delayed, or may not proceed. No amount beyond the $1 is charged without your explicit, separate consent at launch.
• Marketing consent & data: by reserving you agree to receive emails about the launch and your reservation; you can unsubscribe at any time. We process your details in line with applicable data-protection law (including the GDPR) solely to manage your reservation and the launch.

8. Modifications to Terms

Irrelon Software Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the BattleCore website. Continued use of BattleCore products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
